What kind of gains can one expect on a 12 week Test E cycle?

Test e only with Clomid PCT.

Starting weight 174 pounds. When it's all said and done, what kind of results are typical?
 
The biggest factor in what your gains are is diet. Nobody can tell you what kind of results you will experience as it is different for everyone. If you are not gaining then you're not eating enough calories to grow, whether your on cycle or not.
 
Take in 1.5-2.0g of high quality protein spaced out from 6am to 10pm every 3-4hrs with long carbs and good solid rest/sleep. Don't drink booze, miss a meal or get stressed out.

Run 5-600mgs/ week

Train smart, hard but not too long per session.

Put on 10-15lbs of lean muscle that will look like 25lbs if you eat right.

This is so subject to factors but a fair guess.

This is so true.....undereating ON or OFF juice is everyone's failure that cannot gain meat on their body.
 
I put on 14lbs in 9 weeks, my diet was good but not great, Test E is one of my favorites, prefer it over my old Sustanon days....

depending on ur genetics mainly the way ur body responds to test and ur caloric intake will determine ur gains . ull probabaly blow up a whole heap like most people so watch ur diet . I ran test-e for 12 weeks a while back i gained 8kg plus a shitload of sides . not worth it if u ask me . have a good ride
 
like everyones said man no matter what your running diet is the number one factor of if you will put on muscle or not plus id bump up your caloric intake at 800 if not more thats what ive always done never run a cycle without at least a lean 15 pounds give or take

I've gained 25lbs so far (week 8) and I'm not a rolly polly (or bloated and watery)!

It all depends on the things outlined above OP...I have maximized my potential by having a dialed in diet for growth (a la 3J), maintaining a consistent dosing schedule, training smart, and getting plenty of rest. Annnd it seems my body responds fairly well to gear also, so that helps...
