What not to test for in blood test?

I am running a trt dose 140mg testE/ week for past few months.
I want to get bloods done. Want to check free test, e2, cholesterol, lipids etc but I dont want my doc to know I am on test E. What should I exclude from the blood test? I am hoping all my results will be in range.
I live in canada so I cant use privatemd labs..
