I dont always take a shake before bed. Ill rotate these options: Cottage cheese, Humapro with fish oil tabs, Ultimate Muscle Protein or some kind of meat.
I like n2matrix with water and a little ice. Its a blend of whey and casein so it feeds your muscles now and while you sleep. It tastes good too, usually casein tastes like ass.
i dont know why people are still brainwashed with "low fat = less stored fat" still assume eating fat= storing fat.
if anyhting this goes more for carbs then anything else.
add in your casin with water and 2-3oz of olive oil.
what i have is compleat milk dairy iso (20-30% whey (fast) -80% casin (slow)
30-40g protein
1-3oz olive oil
+ water
or just a scoop or 2 of whey. realy dont matter, dont over think ti too much. just dotn go high on cals or carbs right before bed but get in some protein.
i rec 1-2 scoop of needtowhey with water and some ADDED fat
