what should i get?????

Im a 34 male, 5'11", 200lbs who just began training (2 months) again to get back in competitive boxing. My work out consist of (3) extreme hardcore sessions and (2) light sessions a week, and as I need to turn up the intensity of work outs including added cardio, my body just does not recover fast enough to keep up with the program as it did in my 20's. My target is to gain speed, agility, strength and lose 20 - 25 lbs along the way. Mind you that I'm very new to this, and since gaining mass isnt my goal, WINSTROL & ANAVAR w CLOMID at the end seemed more suitable to me. Can you readers out there school me on this idea whether it's a good choice or not. If not, what is a better selection for my purpose. Any contribution is appreciated, but in detail is even more helpful. Also I noticed many websites offering products, and I chose XXXXXXXXXXXXX[revised after being warned..I didnt know anybetter not to reveal my sources]. Has anyone ordered from this site, and how was it in terms of legitimacy of the service & quality of products? Thanks

you cant just throw sources around like that here man. but i was in your position not too long ago. not knowing where is legit and where is a scam. my advice to you is to hang around the forums and do some reaserch to find a reliable source, with a little time you will figure it out im sure. and im not too sure about your choice of compounds you want to run either. they say test is the foundation of most good cycles, maybe a lower dose of test, and some Equipoise? im sure some vets will be here to help you out soon. goodluck brother!

Rookie mistake

Jesus, I didnt realize the sensitive nature of our topic of discussion, and my apologies for that goof up. I can assure you it wont happen again, so please give me your input. It was a rookie mistake...

Thanks

Usually oral-only cycles aren't the best idea. Combining Winstrol OR Anavar w/ a small amount of Test as a base would probably be a better idea. Plenty of similar topics here.

Dazed and confused

Thanks for all your contribution, and I'm not sure if anyone feels the same way, but the more time I spend here, the less I know about what I should do, in terms of planning as I posted in earlier thread.... So let me start over with a question... I'm 34 male, 5'11", 200lbs who has been training boxing for competition, mind you this is my 10th year of boxing, and my goal is to gain speed, agility, strength, and lose easy 20lbs along the way. What do you guys recommend? Also I've been advised to apply test as a foundation to build upon, but once again, I cant afford to gain weight when I should lose more weight. Considering the criteria, what is really right for me in short amount of time???? Thanks

your body is making test right now. anything else you take will shut that down resulting in having 0 test running around in your system which can have a slew of negative side effects that aren't worth dealing with.

even if you just run a low dose of a couple of hundred mg per week to keep some test flowing.

at 5'11 200lbs what is your bf? if you have 20-25lbs to lose it would have to be up close to 25% or so? i'm assuming you're not trying to get down into single digits.

anyway it definitely sounds like you need to get your diet in check. right eating and skipping rope will have you losing that weight.

your test levels might be dropping off as well. you're 34, it would be worth giving one of our sponsor Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) clinics a call and they can get you on your way to having a cheap and simple blood test done up. if you have low test that could help you keep on weight, and raising it some could help you lean out.

how you eat is going to dictate your mass gain on a simple cycle of something like test. you'll gain strength. Winstrol (winny) dries a lot of people out.... and in the joints, which is not somewhere you want to be dry.

put it this way, i was running test and primo at ~600mg per week of both. after about 5 weeks or so (hard to remember now!) i had put on like 20-25 lbs but still looked hard still had clear abs and my vertical leap (i play basketball competitively) had increased about 2 inches to up over 41. 39 to 41 doesn't sound like a huge increase but it makes a WORLD of difference and is actually pretty huge, especially when you factor in the added weight. i've been eating like a beast though.

anyway, still don't have enough info about you to really try to get you on the right path. you say you want to lose 20-25 lbs easy.... does that mean lose just 20-25 of fat? does that mean lose that and not add any muscle? does that mean stay the same weight but factoring in a loss of 20-25lbs of fat only?

etc. etc. etc.

Yes, winni def dries you out, that's my drug lol I love it, u have to listen to ur body, I usually drink water maybe a little more then I should then I find it helps. If my joints achy then I lessen the dose

Maybe some test and winni, winni tabs if you want

Avar and winni oral isn't a great idea like these guys said however you can injection the winni and run it with avar but it won't do much

I have heard that blue diamond labs was the bomb, but i can't seem to locate it anywhere...can some one hook me up by pm. thanks.

Correct me if I'm wrong but u said u just started back training and only for 2 months now, maybe give a better diet, rest, and continue training a chance first before jumping into juice. I say try that a good 3-6 months first

Gfunkmanilla, hellawaits77, ezred, mjp, kilowatt, Dragula, scotimuprime, thanks for the encouraging welcome post... unlike that "my shit don't stink because I was never like that newbie"...a dickhead type comment posted by 'scotimusprime' - people always get brave online, but I guarantee 'scotimusprime' will think twice before flapping his trap if we were face to face because there's nothing more embarrasing or scary than getting knockedout silly by a boxer. Oh, then again, I'll be knocked out silly because he's "Scott the Primus" or something. There, too, was a time I thought I was "Primus", but I was five.. check the fucking calendar guy... very cool...thank you all!

Thanks for your input, and as you said, I need to study more and read similar topics before I jump in.

Sounds like you need some peptides or hgh.... peptides for a budget. Go to the peptide forum.. I wish i could take them. I had a headache for a month.

You are right about having my diet in check, and I'm recoursing to that, and I'm not gearing up until I acquired the knowledge, but more importantly, I have my diet figured out, but as I mentioned, due to the nature of the sport, I'm only interested in my gaining speed, agility, strength. However, my problem is that, although my body can endure the extreme level of training, it's becoming harder to recover and withstand more strenuous trainig to come, is the reason I was looking to gear up - out of desparation. Currently on hard days (3/week) the work consist of [ 8 rnds of shad box, 8 rnds jump rope, 12 rnds of heavy bag, 12 rnds of double end bag, 8 rnds speed bag, 10 rnd sparring, plyometrics, burpees, situps, pull ups, defense drills, 3 - 4 mile trailing] where as easy days (2/week) wouldbe by half. Thanks for your input.

fucking newbs asking for sources all over the place today. read the fucking rules guy

your name suggests that you need to chill the fuck out. quit trying to act so fucking tough online bro

First off your not gonna get anywhere by being an Internet toughguy and second it sounds like your training is maybe to exhausting for your current level of fitness, maybe u should ease into your training a bit slower because there isn't no steroid that's going to make you recover alot quicker, make u faster, make u more agile. If i were you i might look into HGH that would probably be more along the lines of long term conditioning for your body. Good luck ( toughguy ) :wallbash:

Just caught up in a moment; came looking for gears because my training regiment had been very taxing to the body and counterproductive, but more I hang around here, more I realize I need to start off with better diet, I'm not even sure if gear is what I need anymore. As far as ology etiquette goes, I had none, but trying to learn my way, so my apologies to all and to ;scotimusprime; and if anyone has input regarding diet and remedy for a good night sleep as it's been most challenging (shitty 2 - 4 hrs sleep max a night regardless how exhausted I'm from work & training), drop me a line. Much appreciated! And in response to Dragula, all the problem happens because I try to hump it out mentally, of which I only know how to do as long as I've been boxing since my teen years.
