you got size on your arms. :D

heres a tip fr ya. if you legs get bigger so will your arms.

Now I have a reason to look forward to leg day. Im glad you said that, can't fiqure out why but any reason to motivate in Leg w/o. Squattin at 6 4 aint no picnic.

I remember reading an article on squats in an old ironman mag and they were talkin about bicep's gettin bigger from squats.

yep just the way it is..

I aim for the sky..why be content with a number..i thought a 500 bench would just be awesome but when i hit i was like yeah ok i want 600..

the only thing you can do right now is to better your lifts period..doesnt matter if they stack up well against anyone else..PR's are PR's and if you arent making progress you need to change your routine

granted, but I think its better to have a number and a date that you want to reach that by, rather than just saying "i want to get better". I think that is to open ended

its not open ended..i put over a hudred pounds on ym squat in 12 weeks..natuarl mind you all because i started box squatting..i really had no idea what to expect the only thing i followed WSB religiously and wanted to test my max after 12 weeks to see exactly what it would do for me....

i firmly believe when you pick a number it limits the mind especially if that weight is difficult..i was helping a kid with his squat and he told me he though his max wa around 255..i said ok..i spotted him on each set he get to 255 and his bar speed was NOT slowing..he thought he was done and said thats it i told him no way i made him go up to 285 and he didnt wanna go higher but he had a few more pounds left in him
