What supplements for a women?

Hi. My girlfriend is having a hard time getting back to the shape she was in before she had our kid. I was wondering what good supplements she can take (other than protein, etc..) that'll help her see results. I was thinking Clenbuterol, or something along those lines.
 
Whoa..... let's not jump the gun here. What does her diet and training history look like?

What are her stats? Height and weight.
 
5'8" 156lbs. She used to lift and do cardio 5 days a week. Once she's in training mode, her diet is super strict.

Sounds like she knows what shes doing. Why even think about clen?

This isn't a hundred yard dash. It's a marathon.
 
She's going to school and working full time, plus she plays mommy, so she can't get into the gym that often anymore, maybe 3 days of weights tops. She just can't do cardio every morning and weights every night like she used to. So she wants to look into supplements that can help her achieve her goals, while going to the gym 3-4 times a week with intense training.
 
Well I woudn't exactly call Clen a "supplement". I might suggest some green tea, maybe some ephedrine......

I know this isn't what you'd hoped to hear. Maybe others will tell you differently.

If her diet is in check and she's making an effort to be active she should be fine. Have her check out www.fitday.com From there she can track her diet progress. It's a very usefull tool.
 
What would be a safe dosage of Clen for her? She saw one of my friends who used Clen, and the drastic change in his body, and wanted to find what a safe dosage would be for her. She keeps logs as to what she eats already, and has seen some results, but it's been almost 2 years since our child was born, and her progress is not where she wants it to be.
 
hehe..you seem determined to use Clen with her. If you are going to have her on the clen, start her with a low dosage. 25mcgs is usually what the tabs come in. See how she feels on 25mcgs before going any higher. I shake like crazy on low doses and I've never been able to get up to higher than 75mcgs a day. I normally do well with just 50mcgs a day but do understand that there are side effects with Clenbuterol use.
Has you used any other fat burners before?
 
We've both used ephedra before. We both handled it fine. I planned on starting her out on 20mcgs and slowly raising it to at most 120mcgs. She can decide what dose she feels comfortable with.

I think 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off will work well. She can decide by that point whether or not to take more.
 
BTW, I was told that T3 is good to stack with Clen. What amount should be taken with clen?
