What to do for second cycle??!!!

dont know body fat percentage.
bench 585, squat 620, deadlift 800
I did a 10 week cycle of 500mg Test E last summer to help recover from major knee surgery. I would like to do another cycle now that i am fully recovered and can take full advantage of the juice's help. So up the mgs a bit for 12 weeks? I dont really want to take a bunch of different compounds and would like to stay basic like i did before. Just need to get some more leg strength back and would like to get my bench over 600. I play offensive line on a pro level so i suppose another 15lbs of body weight couldnt hurt.
 
Run Test/Deca, it's amazing.
It helped me recover from a torn rotator cuff, and will put your strength through the roof.
I found running 600mg/week of test and 300mg/week of Deca effective, but when I was running 750mg/test and 500mg/deca I was God.
Test/Deca all the way.

and yet another good option,and Greens is right deca will help you joints,my favorite doses are close to Greens, i use 700mg test 500mg deca,slow and steady man
 
Cool thanks for the advice guys. I will do some research on deca i honestly only studied test and the post cycle therapy (pct) i took. Much appreciated
 
One needs to be carefull using Deca to rehab any injuruy!!!!!!!!!!!!

It adds alot of fluid to the joints making u feel great but easily gives a false sense of security leading to more injurys!

yes it will,your injury may feel better,but eca mask the injury and you wont know it till you come off it,and it will be worse than before
 
My knee is as good as its gonna get. I'm playing pro ball now and I'm not on anything so I would think if I'm gonna tear something up again it would be now.. I mainly want a strength increase and get that leg caught back up size wise. Its still almost two inches smaller.

imo run 500-600 mg a week of test eth or cyp again but extend it to 14-16 weeks.
