I started working out again about 10 months ago, going great getting all my old gains back, etc. A little over a month ago I was doing flat bench pause, and I felt a pain in my right peck and ever since then has not gone away. My question is should I lay off doing chest for awhile intill it heals? Right now I am only doing incline and flies because they do not bother my peck. Any advice would be appreciated.
