What to expect from 12 weeks Test E?

I plan on running 12 weeks of Test E @ 500mg a week. This is my first cycle.

Will probably do either .5mg Adex EOD or 12.5 mg of Aromasin ED during cycle.

PCT=
Clomid 50/50/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Continue my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) during PCT
And HCG

Stats 5'7" 175-180 lb 31 y.o. 15.7% BF

1) Does this Cycle, including Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and PCT sound correct ?

2) How much should I expect to gain ? ( I eat healthy and get plenty of protein)

3) How much will I keep?

4) Thinking bout adding Masterol or Primo to it , is this a good idea for my first cycle?

5) What should my BF% drop down to?

Cycle looks good. Pct looks good. As far as gains go that all depends on your diet. Same with what you keep, all depends on your pct and how good you recover and how well you maintain your diet during and after post cycle therapy (pct). Alot of people seem to eat like a beast on cycle and then go back to eating like an Olsen twin during pct and wonder why they don't keep gains. Stick with test only on the first go around bro. Your bf looks good for a cycle. I say don't cycle above 18% because of the estro conversion.

1) ure cycle looks good, no need to add any more compounds to a 1st cycle.

2) id say if you're diet is good. You can gain 20 lbs MINIMUM.

3) you can a lot of it. If you up your calories as you gain weight. If ure 180lbs and then gain 10lbs you need to base you calories off your new weight . Don't eat like you weight 180 if you weigh 190.

4)NO do not add anything

5) depends if you're going to bulk, cut or recomp. Depending on how and what type of calories you are getting you can drop BF%. Also depends on cardio.

everything looks good..if diet it good..expect some good gains!

i dont think its needed to add the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on cycle unless you run into problems..which i doubt at 500mg/week.

Running test e now at 500 mgs/week, I would say unless the OP wants to put on fat and water this is not doable. Of course it is, but if the OP is looking just for lean gains then I would say 20 pounds is impossible unless he is new to training.

If you can do HIIT for 30 minutes, then you're not doing HIIT. One should have no more energy to do full out sprints after 15-20 minutes. Maybe if you have really long intervals you can push 30 minutes. I have been doing one hour of cardio 3 times a week on an empty stomach. I just dropped it to 30 minutes though because I have lost some weight while increasing calories.

Calories are something you have to play around with. Before you start eat a certain number of calories for the week and see if you gain or lose weight. If you gain a little then stick there for a little, if you lose weight, increase the cals and if you gain too much, drop them a little. You have to experiment to find your maintenance.
 
20 lbs isnt hard on a first cycle for anyone. With test only it'll be pretty good weight too, and w proper pct and diet there is no reason not to keep most of it.

But he wants to recomp. I'm not saying 20 pounds is impossible, but the OP wants to decrease his body fat by 5-7%

Most steroids do not make you drop bf except tren does have a little bit of bf eating abilities. so steroids basically help you maintaine your muscles on a low calorie diet or you can even go for a solid mass gain with very low fats in your diet and alot of calories. my first cycle was test e for 11 weeks and i went from 192lbs at 14%bf to 209lbs and 12%bf I chose the mass gain and it worked very well im 6'4 231 now btw. Did my second cycle this summer and made some amazing gains in size and muscle tone. I ran tren and test e for 15 weeks but only 11 on the tren and went from 214 to 238lbs at my peak with around 10%bf. Im now maintaining 231lbs at 11-12%bf now. I think tren is the best steroid to maintaine muscle when you come off but it is very harsh on your body when your on it.
 
lots of stuff said here, lots discussed. you wont be able to gain 20lb of lean muscle and lose BF to get down to 10%. you ll need cals to grow and than have to cut for BF loss. so pick one, or recomp and really focus on what and when you eat it. Time your carbs, pro/fat meals only after 7pm, etc etc. Lots of greens.

also the 30 min of hiit ED will be a lot from the start. you may want to start off with 3-5 seesions a wk.
 
You shouldn't run your Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) during pct, other then that its fine.
 
Im at 180 lbs at 5'7" and 15%BF so technically Im "overweight" for my height....

Id like to Bulk my arms and chest and back but lose some bellyfat and tone the midsection.

what would be proper training for this ?
Lots of cals to bulk and then cut down after cycle?

How do I keep from loosing muscle while cutting ?
 
remember, muscle burns a lot of calories even at rest: build the muscle, burn the fat. Do it in stages. If you start now, you will look fine by summer.
