Looking for something to give my training a boost and help me get the lean muscle gains and burn the bit of fat I have left on my stomach after having 3 kids. I weight train 3 times a week and cardio twice. Im 5'7 and 60kg. Was wondering what other women have tried and what has the least sides. Ny diet is ok but havent got it perfect yet so any hints with that would be appreciated
