Looking for something to give my training a boost and help me get the lean muscle gains and burn the bit of fat I have left on my stomach after having 3 kids. I weight train 3 times a week and cardio twice. Im 5'7 and 60kg. Was wondering what other women have tried and what has the least sides. Ny diet is ok but havent got it perfect yet so any hints with that would be appreciated :)

Anavar is popular with women and does what you are looking for. Just have to be conscious of the risks that come with taking it.

Ok thanks, I have looked into anavar a bit but its hard to find consistent info with regard to dosage for women. Not really sure where to start.....

Anavar is a great compound for females, it is very mild and doesnt cause any virilization(development of male characteristics) unless too much is taken. A good point to start is at 10mgs per day for 8 weeks. You will see gains as well as get a feel or how your body reacts to the compound. I personally know females who run 20mgs for 12 weeks with no issues whatsoever.

You may even want to consider starting lower than 10mg/day to see how you feel on it. And then increase the dose if everything is ok. You could even start at 2.5mg per day and work your way up to 10 or 20mg.

Thats a good point too, average dose is 2.5-10mgs/day for females

As always, I think having your diet dialed in will help you ALOT more than any cycle, especially when it comes to burning those last few pounds off :)
However, I was discussing future cycles with a few women last week so here's my view...

I actually believe anadrol at around 25mg/day in divided doses has the least side effects for women, especially regarding virilisation rates, and best benefit/risk profile.
Anadrol does have a bad (undeserved) reputation for sides but I know Dan Duchaine was an advocate of its use for women and there was a study showing a low level of side effects on doses of over 50mg/day.

I think anavar and primo are both effective for women, but unlike anadrol, they seem to be more disruptive to menstrual cycles. Even doses as low as 2.5mg 2x day of anavar can cause menstrual cycle problems.

I would personally go for anadrol or primo (up to 50mg/week), with anavar being an alternative if dosed alot lower than the other two.

Thanks guys, that has been really helpful and I'll defo look into all of that. Just trying my best to perfect a diet now which is a lot harder than I thought. I have managed to lose almost all the weight I set out to I'm going for lean muscle gains now. I'll get there in the end for sure. Thanks again for all the info and advice xx

Ya girl, diet is the main key to success, and one of the more difficult things to nail down, but if you keep focused and learning, its all good. If your interested in learning about different steroids, just do a simple search here or google or whatever, teach yourself about them then ull be able to make an educated decision on what you want to do.

Yes I keep reading up different information so I can make an informed choice on what my next step will be. Think im going to go for a 5mg dose of anavar and see where that takes me to begin with and in the meantime keep training hard and eating clean :)

Peptides or igf1 might be worth looking at. They're good for leaning out, alot of people have great leaning results with pramipexole. Extensive research is needed for all of those but they all work very well for men and females alike.
