what to train and what day

I am cutting right now , hows this look? should i do more abs and should I train different body parts on different days?

monday: back& bi's ,cardio
tuesday:cardio ,abs
wednesday: chest& tri's,cardio
thursday:cardio,abs
friday:off
saturday: shoulders&legs,cardio
sunday:off
 
I wouldn't train shoulders on leg day if I were you. If you're really poundin' your legs, you shouldn't be capable of training another body part on that day. At least i'm not :druggie:
 
thanks guys yeah ,seems to be working , i don't mind shoulders and legs together , but i was qurious what your workouts look like?
 
Here's what my split looks like:

Mon. - Chest/Biceps/Abs
Tues. - Quads/Calves
Wed. - Rest
Thur. - Shoulders/Triceps/Abs
Fri. - Rest
Sat. - Back/Traps/Hamstrings
Sun. - Rest

This has worked very well for me, throw in some cardio on the rest days if you're cutting.
