What will help me lose weight?

I question my friend asked.

Hi,
I am a 16 year old female. I am 5'4 1/2 and about 175 lbs. I was wondering about my new commitment to losing weight & if it would actually work.
What I start with all at once is this:
30 Jumping jacks
5 Push ups
25 High knees
7 Burpees
10 Crunches
5 Push ups
10 Crunches
5 Push ups
30 Jumping jacks
1 minute wall sit
5 Push ups
25 High knees..

After that I take a break and usually just walk for a while.
More towards the night I do about 20 squats, 20 lunges & side lunges, 30 sec plank, and 30 second side planks.
I do half bridges, fullbridges, superman exercise everynow and then, & oblique crunches.
I use a 4-8lb weighted hula hoop for 35-45 minutes before I go to bed. I just cut out all bad foods and limited my meals, and am going to start taking Green Tea Fat Burning diet pills.. Will I start losing weight with all this? Is this too much strength training a day?
 
Eat 6 times a day. Quality food. Not processed food. Chicken fish steak turkey. Fresh veggies and a carb (black beans, red potato ect. with each meal) Drink a gallon of water, and do your exercise and in 2 months time, the fat will be peeling off you. You have to be consistent. Dont give up to easy. Once you start seeing some results, you wont want to stop.

Understand, that you need to eat to get your internal furnace burning the fat. Quality food is key.
 
First of all, dont buy the fat burning pills - they will make hardly any difference at all.
Secondly, your routine is fine IF, i repeat IF, you are on a calorie deficit.

For you to lose the fat every single week you have to be in a calorie deficit otherwise all that hard work will be for nothing.
You can eat clean, you can train 5 times a day, you can take every "fat burner" out there, if your not in a deficit it is an absolute waste of time.
Your lucky your 16 and can learn this now rather than wasting years and years of effort. Good luck.
 
contact 3j this is what he does. Basicly you need to cut sugars and wheat. Increase medium Chain fatty acids ( ie cocoanut oil and cod liver oil. ) Learn how to eat the right thing at the right time. There are little tricks like increase water intake and amino acids. Cut out soy or anything that eats soy. A spoon full of cocoanut oil with every meal. Has a profound effect.
