What would happen if i were to.....

1:Eat maintenance calories
2:Eat completely clean with a low fat, high protein, moderate carb diet
3:Use 500Mgs a week of sust witch i am already 4 pins in... my cycle.
4:Perform cardio 30 minutes a day 5X a week and workout lifting weights regularly

Will the sust help me gain muscle or lose fat? what you think would happen?

Lastly if it isnt too late what other Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) would u throw in this cycle for me to loose fat?

You might recomp a bit, perhaps get a little stronger, but you would mostly spin your wheels. You need a solid goal - either gain muscle or lose fat. Don't try to do both or you will most likely be disappointed.
 
Well i believe that for right now my main goal is to lose fat. So im going to just run everyday

IMO, you shouldn't use steroids for that unless prepping for contest. You could've just dieted and used cardio to lose some fat then put some muscle back on with the sust afterwards.
 
Steroids don't make you lose fat. A calorie deficit and plenty of heavy lifting + cardio will though. With the possible exception of tren, all steroids do when you are losing weight is allows you to maintain muscle mass a lot easier than you would if you were natural. This means you can usually diet a little harder than if you were natural without losing strength/muscle.

I would not recommend you to use steroids to cut down unless you are prepping for a contest or have some other reason that you need to cut up really, really fast - or if you are very far above your genetic potential such that cutting without steroids will always result in significant muscle loss. Just remember if you do use them, they don't do any of the cutting for you. They don't make you lose fat, you still have to do all of that hard work yourself.
