What would you eat this Late?

I usually dont like eating past 7 because I go to bed around 12, but I had a long day and wanted to at least squeeze in a workout. I ate a bowl of oats and had a whey/gatorade shake around 7 than hit the gym hard and had m PWO shake at 9.

I always like getting in a shake and anice meal after a long workout but it's pushing 10 oclock and not I know it's late too eat especially since Im trying to burn fat.

I was gonna have some tuna and spinach or make some ground beef with wheat peene noodles and this good vodka NA sauce. I dont plan on sleeping tonight until 2 oclock so my fod should digest before bed. What would you guys eat or do?
 
those large cans of turkey or chicken from costco go down pretty good, large protien contents, tasteless if you want rinse it down with h20. Ive always eaten late because of late training time, not shreaded like spongebob, but can get their if nessacary.

dood eating past 6 oclock makes you fat, bro. thats why if i want to eat late i always fly to another time zone, where its not 6 yet, eat there, then fly back home.

I'd recommend a nice, juicy furburger with whisker biscuit on the side and a nice, sweet slice of hairpie for dessert. That'll burn off some cals.
 
man ur body doesnt have a clock in it that tells it when it can stop burning fat. i am in great shape, i got to bed at 7am and wake up at 3pm. and i will eat all the way till i go to bed at 7am. my last meal right befor bed is a casin shake. gtg. if u couldnt burn fat past 6pm then i would have no abs at all. because thats most of the day when im eating. no eating past 7, i think i heard that was the fad about 10 years ago

I agree. It's all about WHAT you are eating and HOW you're eating it, and genetics are always something that help. Thank God for Genetics.

I drink a casein shake before bed too....sometimes I may eat about 4 olives, some cheese, a few brownies, and maybe a handful of golfish crackers.

I still have a nice six pack.

Oh, I love some gushers. I have a son who eats them.....so what if I want some every now and then>>>>HAHA.
 
You don't have to starve yourself, that makes no sense. So lets so you don't eat 4 hours before bed, then you sleep 8 hours. Yes your metabolism is slowed but that is 12 hours of no eating!

Chicken breast with some BBQ sauce and either green beans or broccoli is what I like. Basically I go for protein + some filler, otherwise I WILL be hungry.
