I usually dont like eating past 7 because I go to bed around 12, but I had a long day and wanted to at least squeeze in a workout. I ate a bowl of oats and had a whey/gatorade shake around 7 than hit the gym hard and had m PWO shake at 9.
I always like getting in a shake and anice meal after a long workout but it's pushing 10 oclock and not I know it's late too eat especially since Im trying to burn fat.
I was gonna have some tuna and spinach or make some ground beef with wheat peene noodles and this good vodka NA sauce. I dont plan on sleeping tonight until 2 oclock so my fod should digest before bed. What would you guys eat or do?
