So everyday I'm thinking about my next cycle. I'm pretty set on running test e around 600mg/ week but I would like to add something else to the mix.

Goals:

1. Increase strength
2. Pack on 15lbs of muscle
3. Add zero fat
4. Minimize water retention/ Maximize hardness

I have been looking into masteron and proviron. I know I'll pack on muscle with test alone but from what I've gathered mast will give me some added aggression, strength, and hardness and proviron will provide increased libido, free test, and hardness.

So what do you guys think? Which do you think is most beneficial in terms of results, side effects, and price?
 
Test/mast would be good. It depends on your cycle experience and stats too though. Test/tren/mast would be nice but only for the more advanced.

I've always been more into building strength than muscle mass. At my height I'm looking to get up to and maintain 200lbs 8%bf

I'd go with test/mast if I were you. You'd do well with it too because you have a low bf percentage. 5-600 test 3-400 mast would be solid.

now as to how to reach them... not gonna happen on one cycle alone, no way. 15lbs of lean muscle can be obtained over the next 2 cycles (8-12 months) if u work hard, eat well and train like a mofo...

to get to 200lbs from 175lbs and stay at 8% is a huge transition... not sure if u are really 8%, but it's amazing if u are and can keep it that low year-round (pro bodybuilders can't even do that!)

so basically u got a steep hill to climb, u wanna be the same size as Phil Heath was when u got his pro card just a few short years ago, and now he's the reigning Mr. O

test alone is NOT gonna get u the "lean" gains u are shooting for, but it's a start

Thanks for your insights China. And no I can not hold 8% year round, but its closing in on summer so I'm cleaning off my abs, ya dig?

During the fall, winter, 1/2spring I'm closer to 15%bf because Im normally a fatbastard (Ectomorph?). My first 2 years of training/dieting I went from 210lbs down to 145lbs 7%bf (Veins popping out of my abs). And this past 2 years I've been packing on the muscle. Cutting weight this summer has been 100 times easier to cut weight with all this extra muscle.

And you're right China, putting on 15lbs in 1 cycle with absolutely no fat gain is going to be tough but that is my goal and I know its going to come down to my diet, which is my biggest asset. I'm not physically gifted but I make up for it with the sacrifices I make.

What about low dosing both Mast (300/w) and Proviron (25/d). Any added synergy? I've heard you get libido boost and increase free test around 25mg/Day of Prov. Then I'd be looking for some added strength and hardness with Mast. Just spit-ballin ideas around thank you everyone for the feedback!!

i used Dbol, to kick start my cycle.. I'll put it to this way, I was out the gym almost two months, lost lots of strength, and within the first week of my cycle I was almost back to heavy amounts of weight for higher reps, by week two, I'm getting close to my old max, so I think Dbol is great to bring you up, just be careful ,of high blood pressure and oily skin side try a low dose of 25mg daily, I made the mistake of doing 50mg, after some great advice from some very knowledgeable guys on here, I'm doing better bro, just dont run it longer then 4- 8 weeks. And I harder back up and people noticed fairly quick,pumps and aggression are extraordinary...

I've been saying away from dbol because of the aromatisation which for is a big deciding factor for me. Also wanted to stay away from EQ because of the increase in appetite, lastly I wanted to stay away from 19-nors because I'm def not getting ed or progest-related gyno.

Strength through the roof, get an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and relax about bloating, eat spot-on and don't put on fat, instead gain 15-20lbs of muscle.

Only downside is trying to convince your family and friends that you're not on steroids lol.

Test and Deca are undeniable.
 
I was more worried about getting ed (deca-dick) and progestin-gyno (I'm prone to gyno) rather than the water retention as I would be running aromasin on cycle
