hey,

alright, heres what i eat on a regular day

MEAL1 - 6eggs and 1cup of oats with honey

MEAL2 - can of tuna, low fat mayo, 2 brown slices of bread and a tub of low fat yougurt

MEAL3 - lean chicken, brown rice, green vegtables

MEAL4 -(45mins before workout) honey and 2 brown slices of bread

GYM

MEAL5 - 50grams of whey protein and 1/2 cup of oats

MEAL6 - lean meat of some kind with brown rice, pasta or yam and green veggies. fruit of some kind

MEAL7 - 25g of casein whey

im trying to bulk but i wanna gain as little fat in the process. your opinions would be muchly apreciated.

i was thinking of adding a small lean steak in between 6 and 7 ?

do you think a protein shake at meal1 or just before is nessasary, being faster acting?

also im doing a test e cycle in a couple of months. what alterations should i make for on cycle?
