Whats a good steroid to start with?

Hi,

Im new to using steroids and my friend is trying to get me on some tren, Im just wondering if this is a good idea or not. Or if there is another steroid I should use first.
If this helps ive been working on and off for about 6 months only. im 5'10 and ive been 150-155 lbs since i was about 16 im 21 now. Im looking to get big quick so any help is much apprechiated.

how long have you been working out ?
if your 155 pounds at 5-10 your not eating enough even if you think you are. steroids are not magic and they need food to help you grow.

a wise man once told me this is a marathon not a race.

as others have said, your not ready. on and off for 6 months? fix your diet, be ON the gym for 6 months and you will make the same gains as you would on steroids. the 2 benefits will be #1 you will keep your gains #2 no side effects
 
only about 6 months, I try to do it 4 times a week for about 40-60 mins. some weeks I lose motivation
 
thanks for all the suggestions guys, it looks like Im going to have to find a good diet plan and hit the gym more before I start using roids
 
Don't underestimate food, it's the most anabolic thing you can put in your body bro! It'll get you big and keep you big!

you need

protein powder ( only 2 shakes a day-1 within 30minutes after your workout)
creatine
glutamine
Bcaa's
a good multi vitamin
a high absorbancy b complex vitamin.

also its very important that you get enough protein, carbs and good fat.

Casein Protein, Whey Protein, and Creatine....that's all you really need right now, oh and a kitchen full of food
 
one thing to remember is that when you start to get bigger your food/protein/calorie needs go up. the bigger the motor = the more fuel it needs.

casein is a great form of pure protein. but when they modify it you lose a lot of the benefits of standard whey. things that are great for heart health and so on. whey should be the staple.
