For lean bulking your ideas look sound but I am not an expert on this. Maybe post your macros and stats for a more discerning eye bro.
yea, that's a good way to put it, i'm lean bulking.
my stats as of today are 5'6 or 5'7 (somewhere in the middle lol) 172 lbs @11% bf. no anabolics for 2 years, got injured on a cycle 2 years ago, had to stop lifting for a year and for the last year or so this is what i've worked myself up to again.
my macros/cals are ~3000 cals divided into about (this for example was last night the ranges are always about the same) 188g protein/51g fat/455 carbs. that comes out to cuttin my fat down to 15%. usually i keep my fat around 20% or a little higher.
also, usually at this weight i would probably be lean bulking at ~2850 cals but with the gh i'm able to increase cals at a faster rate and eat a bit more. right now i increase 50 cals weekly, in the beginning while coming out of a cut i was increasing 100 cals/week. i'm seeing very little, possibly even non, fat gain as opposed to what i usually see and i always thought i was more of a carb sensitive person being that i was always a chubby kid before.
i really want to know other peoples experiences while on hgh and how they altered their diets for what purposes. like if i was to mini cut 2 months into this bulk, would it make sense to go low carb or is high carb better in general while on gh?
btw, i'm on hygetropin hgh mixed with ghrp2/cjc w/out dac and i've been most impressed with the strength gains for some reason...
*edit: i should've mentioned i do 1 - 2 cheat meals/evenings a week in which my daily calories can be a lot higher. also, i eat in the morning before workouts, get in a good amount of carbs, a bit of fat and some protein, basically what i need to really have the energy for my workouts. after that pre-workout meal in the morning i usually fast until night and eat most of my cals in a 1 - 2 hour window. on non workout days i try to fast all day until night. however, days i don't feel like fasting and just feel hungry or whatever i will eat, i'm not that crazy about it. biggest reason i do fasting is because i have a huge appetite, pounding down 2700 calories in mostly 'clean' foods at night in one sitting is nothing for me... if i eat during the day sometimes i don't feel satisfied at night when i go to sleep and i hate that feeling.
