Limit Carbs after 2pm. Eat most of your carbs for breakfast. Only Complex Brown/Wheat Carbs. No sugar after 2pm (if at all) and lost of protein. I am at 6.4% BF as of Friday and I feel amazing!!! Eat good Fats before bed too

Hard to give that advice without actually knowing what he's currently doing.
You can eat carbs after 2pm if you have the right diet for you. Why don't you post your diet, training routine and other daily activities along with your current weight, height etc and you'll get better feedback tailored to your circumstances. Better yet, do that in the diet forum.
