hey man, i didn't use any gear when i cut down to 6% bf. It was all diet and cardio brother. I dropped 32lbs from staying on a high strict protein diet. If I was you I would get a diet to go up to 205lbs. By eatting a lot. And i would then cut, and eat clean as hell. ANNDD then i would run a cycle and keep eatting clean to only gain lbm on the cycle.
 
not to bust your bubble man, you won look like zyzz, you have a different body type. Steroids dont make you into that, diet!!!! and hard work does. This cycle your on wont get you there. BTW zyzz cycled for 2 years to get there.

I really don't get the obsession with cardio on gear forums man all it does is burn calories. And burn muscle , if your already in defect surely it's not needed.

You were on clen and t3 (not gear I know ha) don't think I would take it to Many people would notice me shaking all the time .

So 5 weeks left of prop bulk up to hopefully 205 lbs ( total put on would be 25lbs overall )

Keto + 500 calorie defect. I should still gain lean Mass even in defect on tren.

Got to loose 16.4 lbs fat. Sucks because ill loose weight BUT it has to be done then I have a clean canvas to work on. Should I aim for 2lbs week ?

So 205 - 16 = 189lbs + 6lbs from tren (muscle) = 195lbs

Huge improvement to go from

180lbs @ 16% to 195lbs @ 8% bf

I would hope that you are able to think for yourself and understand WHY everyone is telling you what they're saying. Yes, the body building lifestyle is WAY better than that of the average couch potato, but if you aren't ready - the only thing you'll be banging is your limp dick against your thigh. I do think that you're making a GOOD decision by taking an interest in pursuing a long term goal, but AAS is NOT a shortcut to reach this goal. Do what you want to do man, we both know you have your mind made up, but remember that when shit gets bad, we told you so. :p

FYI: I was listening to trance, hitting the gym and banging bitches before you were born without having to use gear.
 
i never took t3... and I was taking in 2500-3k calories. pretty sure that isn't a defect diet. Two if you knew about diet, then you would know I didn't "burn" any muscle because I was on a high protein diet, which persevered my muscle. Two I didn't over do it with clen taking 80-100mcg.... cardio was needed to burn the extra calories with fastened up the fat burn.

-If you obviously know it all buddy, your a hard headed 18yo which you believe that juice is the way to go. Your body picture... well I wouldn't start a cycle unless i had very good stats on the weights, and had somewhat a nice body. That picture you want to look like... well good luck kid. Because that the juice that got him there.
