i never took t3... and I was taking in 2500-3k calories. pretty sure that isn't a defect diet. Two if you knew about diet, then you would know I didn't "burn" any muscle because I was on a high protein diet, which persevered my muscle. Two I didn't over do it with clen taking 80-100mcg.... cardio was needed to burn the extra calories with fastened up the fat burn.

Your body picture... well I wouldn't start a cycle unless i had very good stats on the weights, and had somewhat a nice body. That picture you want to look like... well good luck kid. You are not going to get there with one cycle. You need like 40-50 more pounds of muscle and lose 20-30 to look like that.

A guys who's maintence for example could be 4000 cals if he eats 3500 it's still a defect mate. If he ate 3500 cals did cardio burnt 600 cals he would be in a 1100 calorie defect.
