hi all looking to find out what the first cycle dose would be on test e?
I have 10ML (250mg per 1ml) v in hand from Delta labs so was thinking on a 10 week cycle?
Is 250mg per week too low for me? Im 41 and for the past year Ive been hitting the gym 5 days a week, Im weighing in now at 13.9 stone lol.. Uk... 6 foot in hight.....bmi last reading was 14.7 diet is spot on low carb high protein .. etc ZMA, VIT ABCDE.. CLA.. OILS 369`s ..creatine ...bcaa....
Been working on this for the past year to build up for a hit of test.. as 1st cylce I dont want too go too much.. as in get big fast.. looking for better recover and more power in my workouts....
What ya all think? pls
