four on one off? one on one off? three on one off? two on one off? six on ??? whataya think,without over training?? what was the best 4u?
 
best for me is -

monday -chest and triceps ,abbs

tue - back and biceps

wed-rest

thursday-shoulders/traps/abb

fri-rest

sat- legs/abbs

sun -rest

heavy low reps = soilid mass gains.
 
from time to time i do ,getting good rest always helps as you grow when you rest.
 
i do believe that, but can i do more volume or intensity, on the secret sauce??

for sure you can ,i mean i can go all day in the gym on 500mgs test and 100mgs Winstrol (winny) ,jus becarefull you dont overtrain.
 
keep to heavy compound lifts for your main lifts - bench/deads/sqats/barbell rows/shrugs/shoulder press/bent over rows/ect ,once you have done your heavy compound lifts you can add some concentrated lifts in there like flys/super sqats/front shoulder raises/reverse flys/rope curls/ect ,just mix it up untill you find what works best for you ,remeber to ALWAYS WARM UP AND WARM DOWN.
 
I have found that lifting heavy for most of the time gives me the best gains. I like being strong however and I take pride in big lifts. I will however switch it up to fast pace high volume for a couple weeks to trim it up and gain some endurance.

I have found from training for years that the best way to grow is to lift heavy as hell. Here is what I do. Most of these are 4-8 reps to start and by the end I get 3 working reps and 2 forced. I usually do 4-5 sets of each. 2-3 minutes between sets. (Until I catch my breath)

Sunday- Legs. Squat, hack squat, lunges, 1 leg extensions, and cardio on stepmill.

Monday- Chest. Flat bench, incline bench or dumbells, incline flies, and stepmill

Tuesday- Back. Deads, pulldowns, t-bar rows, seated rows, and stepmill

Wed - Cardio Abs Hammies

Thurs- Shoulders. Front militaries, arnolds (high volume) front/lateral raises, shrugs, and cardio stepmill

Friday- Arms, extensions, ropes, single arm extensions, preacher curls, strait bar curls, single arm dumbell curls or hammer curls.

Saturday- if not feeling lazy cardio

that my freind is very good information ,i like you workout alot,thats how one should workout to get the best results.
 
Thanks I threw a pic in there of me. I covered up my ugly mug lol. I got some work left to do from bulking all winter but in that picture I am at about 11% I am closer to 10% right now. Few more to go. Prop and Winstrol (winny) will get me there along with my fucking horribly clean diet that is no fun at all!

12 weeks of gh at 3/4iu per day /already will have 3 months worth of gh in me .

i just got back,, lets get back if we can to the training on super protein, haha.... im putting together my routine but, the way its goin its hard to stick to a specific one. getin 2 the gym is hard 4me, so i rely on wo partner and u no how that goes, so sofar its more like were gettin there when we can, thats why i was askin bout all the intensity stuff,im gettin all i can.. what do anyone of uguys think of a 1on 1off total body, not circut, but some basic compound exercises every other day???????????????????????????????????/ hey i just looked into that NOSHA site i was on some health forum and those guys r pretty pissed off i guess alot of them got scammed, and just the other day guys on this forum were sayin there legit?? i dont think so bro, some of these guys are rippin, they got beat 4 real, i just put that out there, not sayin they are scammers or legit, just sayin i heard different from them bein on the up n up

I have never done the 1 on 1 off total body workout thing. I know for sure it won't work for me because I won't enjoy it, and therefore I won't do it lol.

I know what you mean about the partner and shit but I always go because I went yesterday. If you get streak going it gets much easier. Dude all it takes is 4 days a week maybe 5. You can lift legs with shoulders if you want.
 
your right, thank you for the boost, either way i gotta get my ass there. i do get better work outs wit the spot though, ill push beyond failure, but if he gets lazy i cant use that as an excuse, specially on the shit i cant waist gains. thanks buddy ill kick i9t wit ya later....
 
you can train as many times as you want on gear i find, if i think my muscles feel good then i will train that muscle, if i can feel that my body needs rest then i rest.
