whats the best routine, on the shit.??

Dude I agree in part to what you are saying. For the most part I don't get too sore when I am on the gear. It is the kind of sore that I like...it is a good pump that feels good when you rub it.

I find that even if I feel bad that day I still train it but I don't do it as hard. If I miss a day I feel guilty and my routine gets messed up. This will not work so I still go and sometimes I back off and just go cardio crazy.

Eat like a hog, train like a beast, sleep like a baby, and grow like a weed!
 
what up shot ? i didnt know u was on, so what ur sayin is youll work out if you got that good sore on, but if your real sore, beat down like youll rest, i hear ya,but on the shit you can go an go,so how do you not over train, is it because your recuperating real fast ??
 
I am saying I train no matter what. If I feel good I go balls out and kill myself. If I feel like shit I still go but I go lighter and just train like a puss would. Either way I train every time I am supposed to. I never skip and I certainly don't not go because I feel like shit or am sore. I like to train so going for me is fun.
 
you can train as many times as you want on gear i find, if i think my muscles feel good then i will train that muscle, if i can feel that my body needs rest then i rest.

^^^ i agree bro-balls to the wall especially when you first start feeling the sauce-im invincible for about those first 8 weeks-and i will literally do 2 a days 6 days a week
 
does there come a time when u kick things down,? or should ya push urself as much as possable while on the juicy juice, and then turn it down when ya commin off,, whats u guys thoughts on that ?????

we defantly gotta get there, and it looks like we all agree on totaly smashing it up while were on, but does anyone have a secret on how to eat when ya just cant, how the hell can ya do it ?? sometimes i cant even get another shake in me,, whats the deal ??
 
Dude I am cutting right now so I have no idea what you are talking about. Back in november if you would have posted this when I was bulking I would have had some answers...wait that was only like 8 months ago and I just remembered.

I do this. I get the biggest fucking jug of water ever! I mean like a 2 gallon pitcher and I fill it half way full with water. I get what I am going to eat. Stuff like a dozen egg whites, chicken breast, brown rice...you get the picture.

I take a big ass bite chew it up and then take a huge drink of water and down it like a pill. When I can't do it anymore I take smaller bites and down it with water.

I also use the 2 bite rule. When I am done eating while bulking I take 2 more bites just for good measure.
 
Work out chest arms legs back bis, tris everyday if you no longer have to work, pare it down from there based on your time schedule, I forgot to mention shoulders as well as 2 hours of cardio.
Every day, if you dont, you are wasting gear and need a tutu if you go onstage. There should no rest period on gear
