What's the proper workout intensity during PCT?

Started PCT a couple of days ago..

Today was absolute !@#!@#$@#. Cramped like crazy after a light 10 minute warmup run. Strength was down and cramps seemed to set in very easily.

Should I be toning my workout intensity down during PCT?


I did a 14 week test + Anavar (var) cycle and now on my PCT regimen described below:

Week 1,2 - Clomid 50mg ED, Aromasin 12.5 ED, Nolva 40mg ED

Week 3,4 - Clomid 50mg ED, Aromasin 12.5 EOD, Nolva 20mg ED

Week 5 - Clomid 25mg ED, Aromasin 12.5EOD, Nolva 10mg ED (Not sure if I should keep it at 20 for another week, is there a higher risk of rebound?)

Week 6 - Clomid 25mg ED, Nolva 10 ED


Critique of my PCT would be appreciated.
 
what kind of test did you use ?
how long after last injection did you wait before starting pct ?

typically i always reccomend keeping intensity high and weight lifted heavy but back off of sets / reps about 25% . do NOT diet while on pct or right aftre and do NOT use weight loss drugs.

bad cramps isnt tied to pct imo . take some potassium and maagnesium and drink plenty of water.

I'll try tomorrow to see if the cramps were just a one off issue.

I Finished on Test E and started post cycle therapy (pct) on day 11, it's day 13 now.

Didn't really diet today, actually ate more than I normally do, and took my usual vitapack in the morning and lots of fruit through the day.

Maybe I'll try adding a potassium supplement.

Do you think my post cycle therapy (pct) regiment looks good?
 
should have waited 14 days to start post cycle therapy (pct) but as long as you run it 3 weeks from then you should be fine.
