first cycle im thinking just strait test e or sestaneon 500 a week im 18 i have been lifting hard for about 3 years but i have been lifting since i was 12 im 5 11" i way 178 8% bf i eat 5000 cal 400 portien and 600 complex carb. bench 225 db press 90 i want to take it to the next level i work out mon thru sat 2-3 hours a day from what i have read you want to start with just a basic test and maybe dbol or sothing like it for a couple of weeks and going to take Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) during whats the dosage on that by the way and clomid at the end again recomended dosage? i know you guys are going to tell me im to young but im gunna do it so can you help me out
 
you should stick with a well balanced diet. brocolli, greens, brocolli. Pilates i hear is pretty good at getting toned. um, maybe a trampolene for cardio?
