Whats up FORUM, been lingering around this site for a while and finally decided to post..This is a good forum, no BS training advice, and the majority of yall train BASIC w/ heavy compound movements..

Anyway, how many of yall do power/hang cleans and the clean and press?
I did this past wednesday, the clean and press..really clean and then push press, drop the weight, clean and push press, did 225 for 5 and dang did those crush me..Then I went to heavy incline db bench and ended w/ weighted dip's..what a workout!!! Anyway, my traps and delts were crushed the next day
I am only train 3 days weekly, mon-squats, wed-press, friday-deadlift..Goals to gain more mass and thickness..currenly weigh 234 at 6'3..
For those who do cleans, did gain a lot of mass?
