Whats wrong with PINNACLE???

I bought half of my cycle with pinnacle 2 weeks ago, Im trying to buy to rest since thursday and have no response, 1st time I had response right away, did anybody make purchase lately???? Im worried because Im in the begin of my cycle maybe I have to find another lab

Bro its been 2 days!! Dont get your panties in a bunch. Considering they don't really work weekends from my understanding, its really only been 1 day. Be patient man. People shouldnt be posting this stuff. It can mislead people new to pinnacle that they lack in customer service. Let me make it clear this is far from the truth. Christ man....

haha seriously. i mean i can understand when a lab sets a standard or makes promises about turnaround then you do have a legitimate complaint if they can't fulfill that, but even so think about what it is they're hooking you up with, think about where else you'd have to go to get it if not online, and realize that a few days are nothing in the grand scheme of things. but yes, starting your cycle without everything on hand was not the best way to go. you'll live though.


labs these days have us all spoiled. although, for the cost of pinnacle i would hope they'd turn that shit around super quick and have stellar customer service answering e-mails every 10 minutes.
