Whats wrong with this routine???

Can someone who knows what they are talking about critique this routine for me please and let me know whats right or wrong with it.

day 1

flat bench press
incline dumbell press
Pec dec / Flys
Dips
tricep pushdown

Day 2

Squats
calf raises
Hanging leg raises
weighted sits
side sit ups

Rest day

day 3

Seated shoulder press
Lateral raises
Bent over lateral raises
hanging leg raises
weighted sits
Side sit ups

Day 4

pull ups
lat pull down
seated row
standing barbell curls
preacher curls

2 days rest
 
Maybe add more excercises for hams as well for your leg day. leg curls and stiff-legged deadlifts will work. Just don't forget to warm up :-)
 
Lose the tricep pushdowns and add skull crushers, before the dips

Add some hamstring movements

Do your lateral raises first in your delt routine

Lose the seated row and add bar / dumb rows

Lose the preacher curls and add hammers and/or reverse ez curls. Lat pull down curls are great too!

And like Pullinbig said, add some deads for lower back.
 
Don't do triceps on chest day! A lot of people think that just because you are using the same muscle that you can work it out on the same day. This is wrong! Yes you are working the same muscle, but why try to concentrate on a muscle that is already worn out from a different workout. If you want to see maximum results concentrate on one muscle group per day. Working opposite muscle groups on the same day are ok becuase they are not using eachother to strain. ie bi's and tri's on the same day, back and chest. If this is not clear then let me know and I will explain it further in detail.
