i am on sust250 500mg a week...

my strength is going up nicely but i cant seem to put on any weight i am getting really anoyed my weight is goin up an down like a yo-yo.....


whats wrong......?

Sure....but what is the nutrient breakdown, how many grams protein, carbs, and fats ??

Are you taking an anti-aromatase ??
 
If your not gaining weight the bottom line is that you need to increase your calories, preferably from clean sources.

Good calories. Not just eating anything in sight.

Some people can't eat much that's why their skinny, so like SC said you need a break down or give us a calorie count.

If the weight is actually going up and down, you're getting variations based on how much water you are carrying. If you live in a hot climate, BW can easily vary by 3-5 pounds within the day. Are you weighing yourself at a consistent time of the day?

Break down every meal for us and let us do the calculations.
 
Day to day weight fluctuations are more than likely caused by the amount of water you are taking in. Make sure you are drinking enough water in addition to eating enough.
 
does any body know how to count calculate your daily min need for calories? I know for average person its about 2300, but thats not alot for someone who is bigger and still wants to grow or properly diet.
