Whats you current routine?...3 day split etc.

I thought it would be good to post a thread in order to find out which type of split etc is favoured the most.

I'm aware that people are changing from time to time for many reasons, so im just interested in which one you are currently following.

Eg...3 day split, 1 body part per day, etc.

3 Days gives the CNS time to recover along with your muscles. I've been happy with it thus far.
 
ATM:

mon: squats OR deads (heavy) + abs
tue: flat bench and BB rows (medium)
wed: squats/deads assistance (light) +abs
thurs: flat bench assistance (light), narrow underarm grip pullups, BB curls
fri: squats/deads assistance (medium) + abs
sat: flat bench and BB rows (heavy), BB curls
sun: off
 
4 Day Split (workout 5 days per week)

Back
Chest/Bis
Legs
Shoulders/Tris

Calves and Abs are done every 3rd or 4th workout.


Gumbo
 
Back and hams
Quads Calves
Shoulders Traps Triceps
Chest Biceps
Quads Calves

Abs are done either 2 exercises everyday
or 3 exercises twice a week
 
I am currently doing the following split:

M - Chest, Bis, Tris
T - Legs
W - Back, Shoulders
T - OFF
F - Chest, Bis, Tris
S - Legs
S - OFF
 
Theres a million differnt ways you can have a three day split. Some like to do complimentry muscles (chest tri's etc...) most of the routines listed above of opposites for the most part. . . Try one and see what works best for you. The main thing to keep on growing it to keep switching it up regardless of what you do...dont get stuck on the same few exercises for too long.
