What's your go-to Multi-vitamin?

So just wanted to see what is ology's go-to multi-vitamin and why

The two biggest ones in the game are Orange Triad and Animal Pak.

Orange triad here. Hard to beat a multi that has glucosamine/chondroitin in it at that price.

Last couple bottles have been Optimum Nutrition. I am nearing the end of the current bottle. Got some Orange Triad on sale so giving that a shot next to switch things up (and I hear great reviews of it).

I've ran many, and Orange Triad for the price and what it has in it can't be beat in my opinion. Great multi!

I usually use Optimum Nutri-men, but they increased in price. Using some old random multi vitamins my mom gave me

It's a popular poduct and I'm sure the rumor started from bb.com or AM. If it was true it would have been a major lawsuit and would have been all over the news.

Well the state of California states it contains an ingredient that's been correlated with cancer, but always take those things with a grain of salt.
