Whats your workout like on TRT ? I feel like it is mandatory to have one

Just a personal opinion,

More of like a question,

I feel like it's extremely important to have a workout routine
> Weight lifting,
> Cardio.

And a very healthy diet while being on TRT ?

Clearly exercise and healthy eating are important in every human however I feel it should be more of an necessity for those on TRT to ensure the hedging of potential health conflicts ?

And it also makes me question... for that epidemic of lawsuits against those testosterone "cream" companies ... for those patients who had cardiovascular issues I wondered what their exercise / eating habits were..

Thoughts ?
 
It's honestly no different than if you had a properly functioning HPTA with regards to diet and training. The cardiovascular issues come from a mismanagement of estradiol and hematocrit - nothing more.
 
When I was younger, I used to come out of a heavy workout feeling like I could take on the world.

The past 3 years I came out of workouts feeling completely wrecked. I had to schedule my lifting on days off from work because I would literally need a nap after and be practically out of commission that day.

Now on TRT I once again look forward to workouts and leave feeling like superman
 
I should add, through sheer will power I kept a regular lifting/radio/diet regimen and stayed in shape in spite of lower T because health is important to me.

Hopefully TRT brings me to the next level of health and fitness.
