When should I get blood work....

I ran some clomid because I had very low t to the point to where I could not bare it. I don't know this for a fact though because I did not get bloods taken which is why I am and why im asking this questions. I took some nolva after the clomid and my last dose was today how long should I wait before going to get the bloods done?
