when taking 500 mg suss a week what days ?

should i do it like this-
mon -suss
tue- off
wed- off
thur -suss
fri- off
sat- off
sun-off
mon -suss

or just jab on the 4th day and make it a 8 day week
mon- sus
tue off
wed off
thu off
fri suss
sat off
sun off
mon off
tue suss

i doubt it matters that much but i just want to get some opinions

Iused your first example on my last cycle, and it worked great. Shoot on Monday and Thursday every week.
