I'm about to start a 400mg test c cycle. I've been lifting for years on HRT. I've researched my diet and am pretty confident that my caloric intake and workout routine is good. I will adjust accordingly if necessary. So how long after I begin to take the 400mg is a reasonable estimate before I see strength gains? I realize everyone is different but I'm wondering if it takes say a good 6 weeks to begin to see some real increases, or could I expect to see good gains after 2 weeks or somewhere in between, etc.? I'm just curious really. I'll find out soon enough just wondering what the general consensus is.
