When to take Vitamin B-12?

I recently purchased human grade vitamin B-12. I am a newbie to the board. Maybe this questin was already posted? Not sure when during cycle to take and dosage. I am 252 lbs w/9% bf. I am currently off cycle for 15 wks now. Thanx for any positive input.

Because it has a lot of health benefits and many use it as it increases appetite which is handy for a bulk cycle
