Hey guys, new here, I'm not sure if I should even be on here, or somewhere else, I know this is a steroid forum, but I don't plan on taking steroids, ever, or not for a long time. But then I seen a training section, so decided to join.

So I'm 18, around 160 pounds, I never really worked out before, maybe for a month or 2 then just quit, and I want to get back into it, I know im going to get flamed, but I want to get a body like zyzz, regardless of how much you guys hate him, he's really inspired me, I just don't know where to start, what routines would you guys suggest? and I know he was on roids, so It's going to be impossible to look like him, but im talking just lean, I don't want to get that that big. im also around 5'8.

Thanks

but yeah, it's going to be a big change for me, I eat alot, and alot of bad food, pizza, ice cream, chips, you name it, I just really feel like i started all this too late.

Dude, you are in no way too late. You're still very young, if you are serious about changing your diet and getting into a regular exercise program you will be amazed at what you could do to your body in a year. In one year I went from being 30 lbs overweight to lean and ripped. And I was 24 years old.

But, it will take a big effort on your part, especially at first. The amount of change will be proportional to the consistency you have in following your diet and workout plan. Also, results will not come overnight. It will take a little while to see big results... But they will come. The good news is that if you stick with it, eventually you will love working out and eating healthy and it will become second nature.

Now the bottom line is there are many effective workout plans and diets out there, ideally you could get a personal trainer/diet consultant of some sort. If not check out this site as a starting place, some oi f the info here is pretty advanced though, but the diet and training forums you could check out. Also, bodybuilding.com is a huge site with lots of diet/lifting programs. Some good beginner stuff there.

There are alot of experienced guys on here, definitely come back with any questions you have. Oh and steroids are definitely not for you right now. They are very unhealthy for anyone under 22 or even 25, right now you have natural testosterone levels through the roof. Take advantage of it.

thanks! and yeah, I just didn't know where to start, I loved zyzz body, I just don't really know what to do, like bulk wise and suchh, and yeah again, it just seemed like i was old because im done highschool this year, so it just seemed that way! and I know a couple kids my age who are like 250 pounds, actually hes like 16 lol, but he's been juicing for 2 years so it's whatevs

Doing juice at 16, or starting at 14 as it sounds here, has the potential to really cause permanent damage to your body. I hope your friend gets lucky and doesnt have health issues later in life because of doing that.

yeah lol, he's not a good friend, but I guess he just doesn't care, hes hugee, I guess that's all he cares about right now because he's on like 5 different things

baswe your workout routine around compound movements , skip any excercise that sounds like isolate or concentrate . ignore the muscle magazine articles , they care about money not you.

Squat, deadlift, benchpress, row, shoulderpress, and pull ups. Everything else is just a finishing move.

Just my opinion. Godspeed sir.

Everybody wants a perfect body.To have a great body, your techniques should be right. Most of the people don't no how to do exercise and take wrong steps. To have a perfect body, you need to do three things most:-

1. Do exercises regularly whether tough or simple.

2. Take a nutritious diet

3. Have a personal trainer that guides you in perfect direction.

Don't eat junk food, take a balanced and nutritious diet.

If I was you I would take a routine from this area of the forum that you can find in the stickies, use it for a few weeks, then keep it as your template and modify it.

1. Diet. The old saying you are what you eat isn't joke. If you don't want to look like everyone else, then don't eat like everyone else.

IDK about anyone else but when I started I weighed 140 lbs. I always felt a little insecure at the gym with the 200lb monsters. I finally realized that everyone was there for the same reason and with hard work and dedication you'll get there too and faster than you think.

The rest of the guys covered everything else, so Good Luck and stay disciplined.
