Which is the best Testosterone to take during TRT?

I've done a seach but found nothing, but with so many people these days getting on trt, many going with a trt doc, others self medicating and rolling the dice that way, what is the best test for trt?

^^ This ^^ what I do is pin Cyp twice a week .50 out of an ml on Monday same on Friday. 200 mg a weeks drop an AI work magic.

Never use Nebido!
Enanthate or Cypionate 100mg/week are a good TRT thing but also higher dosed Testosterone gels in pump dispensor are very good and you don't need to inject anything.
For me both has the same effect but a little dose AI is necessary!

Nice. Which Ai works better for you with this, arimidex or aromasin?

I prefer Aromasin (exemestane) because it's suicidal working on the enzymes. Arimidex will release them after any time and it can lead to an heavy up and down on low dosage like here.
Also have never had side effects with them.

I am prescribed cyp and it's what I would choose if my doc didn't prescribe it.

Truth is it doesnt matter whichever you prefer. Cyp is the most common because its inexpensive and its a long ester. Something like prop would be not optimal because you would have to do more frequent injections, but other than that there is no difference.
