Which of this 2 clen cycle is better for cutting?
It's my first cycle.

Male, 89kg, 181cm, 29age, 18%bf

3 days for week weight training: (chest/biceps - legs/triceps - back - shoulder) with rest-pause, giant set, burns, etc..
3 day 20-40' cardio
diet: low carb(>150gr), low fat(>50gr) and high pro(2,5 x kg)

Goals: reduce my bodyfat to 10%bf

scrap the clen bro... that shit is shit.

Post up in the diet forum and 3J will advise you on how to burn fat and minimize muscle loss.

Agree with Matt W. Took clen last week and got up to 80mg a day before my head felt like it was in a vice. Drop it and do it via diet.

I would go 2 weeks on 2weeks off and pyramid the dosage to 140. 14weeks straight won't be good for your heart.

I think clen sucks, I wouldn't even use it if I were you. You could make better progress with a strict diet and lots of training. Some people get desensitized to clen pretty quick too. Clen isn't muscle sparing either and at the rate you'd lose weight you would probably end up losing a fair bit of muscle mass as well, if you're really set on taking something why not try a short ECA combo or even just a bit of caffeine. But again it's your call

Thank's bros! I wanted try clen for ripped abs mantaining lean body mass and for this purpose i knew that clen works better to eca and above all no rebound effect.. Am I wrong?

For my purpose I need only diet properly and train properly? No drugs? I don't use caffeine, it can not sleep..
