does anyone reccomend a HIT style training regimen while "on." Would this be better suited for bulking rather than a 5/6 day split? Or would it be a waste of your quick recovery time?
I currenty use a variation of HIT, it is more a colaboartion of HIT, HST & DC's methods....
I train same when on as off, except while on of course one becomes stronger at a fastr rate, & is able to do cause more myscular hypertrophy, so even with the added recovery gear can offer one still may need additional recovery time.
