I've been reading on it for about a year now and i finally got around to ordering me some humalog. I'm planning on running 2-4ius post workout about 3 days a week.
I think that amount isn´t going to do a thing for you. I have been using 8i.u after workouts, and do that on a 2 days on one off basis. Barely notice the results, although I am not on AS.
Bro your smart for that... Start small become fmiliar with it then you can always bump it up... I f you bump it up to quick and run into a problem you cant take it away. You should consider getting a blood sugar monitor. They are cheap and worth every penny!!!..Good Luck
start small and work your way up, you are on the right track. I never noticed much from humalog, and have gone up to 20iu post workout. I'm starting a blend of humalog and humlin r with my cycle in a few weeks, hope that works better
