Who missed me while I was on vacation?

Kidding, but my wife asked how I would survive on our cruise without this site for 5 days. I think 3J wouldn't be exactly proid of me just cause he's a stickler, but I don't think he would be disappointed enough to give up on me either. I did the best I could sticking to healthy eating. Hopefully only a minor bump in the road but considering I was only on the carb cycling for aboit a week before the vacation, I think I looked alright and won't take long to get back on track. Here's my pic from 3rd day of cruise when we stopped in cozumel.
