At that amount of BA it shouldn't be painful, must people recomend 15% BB with prop

Exactly. Its not the BA that hurts with homebrewed prop. Its crystalizing in depot...need more BB. I used 2% BA and 22% BB with my last batch and it was pretty close to painless @ 125mg/ml.

Prop is the only test I run. I'm using it 150-300mg ed year-round.
