wks 2-11 =test ethnate 250mg wkly
E-D =proviron 25mg daily to counteract most aroma but still get pos. effects for weight gain
wk 13 =HCG 7500 iu
wk 14 =HCG 5000 iu
wk 15 =HCG 3500 iu

heres my workout regeime
(opposing muscle sessions seem to be my golden road)
++back and chest- circut 1st set and then hit main compound move and end with iso alt row/press lats/lower chest b fly/cfly ect

++legs
do abs n switch from a short plyo/calistetics session in am daily
so ive earned me some cheater juice lol
so tear it up tell me whats missing whats over kill and if youve run a EQ and Test-E stack howd it go? What to expect from gains, keeping gains, how should i change my workout (know alotta guys who do a body part a day straight and then rest a day on the juice), really would like to know the change in my routine actually thats a biggun; but thanks for taking the time to read this forum shit is great.
