why is that? are you just generaly interesting or is there someting i should be loooking for?

we'll be comparing pecker size next. only for those under 21 yoa though.

ah... another bench shirt basher. hes gonna dbl his bench the first time he puts it on. i got money on that one. from 265 to 500 in one bench session. and btw very few folks wear triple ply. its only legal in a couple of feds. every where else is dbl or sinlge ply.

you benching 265 now and you gonna unrack 500 the first time you put a shirt on? i tell you what load 500 on the bar and unrack it next time you go to the gym, and do a negative with it. that is if there is someone there can pull it off of you. you wanna see what you can do in a shirt. try 500 off a 3 board and then youll know where you at. let us know how it goes.

this reminds me of some young guys at our gym who used to say shit like that. awe shit its the bench shirt doing all the work. these guys were hitting maybe 275 wirth bad form. so one day i got tired of it and made the guy try on a bench shirt. a karins dbl denim. top of the line shirt. first off he wouldnt take his shirt off to put it on. why? he was embarassed to be seen with out his shirt on. secondly once we got it on him he was shaking like a leaf with 315 on the bar. why? cause its more than he ever unracked. anyway he fianlly took it out of the rack and couldnt get it to touch (big surprise). guess what he couldnt lock it out from 4" off his chest. well duh!!!!! he didnt have the tri strength to lock out 315. so i said lets try 405. cause he said if he had a shirt on he could bench 405. he laid on the bench. i handed it off to him and let go. he threw it back in the rack when he felt that much weight on him.

give me a break on the shirts junior. you aint had one on so you dont have a clue about what you are talking about. im 46 and will out lift your ass raw or equipped. grow up son. in fact you can wear the equipment and ill lift raw and still out total your ass.

pullinbig wtf r u talking about?????, when did i say i bench 265??? i said i deadlift 265kg u moron.
i can bench 160kg which is about 355lbs with a 2 second pause at the bottom. read it right b4 run ur mouth.
Theres a guy that comes in to the gym he can bench about 200lbs raw, he puts on his single ply shirt which takes him about an hour to wriggle in to with 2 guys helping him cos its so tight and springy, funny how he can bench 290 with the shirt isnt it and ur sayin a bench shirt isnt all that, stop tryin to justify and defend something which is obviously helping u cheat, leave ur ego at home, if u cant lift the weight raw then u cant lift it.

ill still outlift your ass, raw or equipped. try a 3 board with 500 and get back to us. if anyone heres suffering from ego its you son. no one cares what you bench, squat and pull. thats the whole point. this board is about prs and progress. thats whats important. i am just as impressed with a 225 bench if a guy is getting prs on a consistant basis. you got nice numbers no doubt but this thread is useless. no need to start the name calling. you showing your age now. and i can assure that there are several guys on here making your numbers look small. me included. but it dont matter about that. there are bunches of guys outlifting me. mule for one. hes ologies numero uno strong guy. 1200 squat, 800 bench anyone. but he dont come on here bsting about his numbers either. he shares his knowledge and helps folks. but wait his lifts dont count vcvause he wore a suit. damn i forgot the new rules yhou laid down. you wanna see how you stack up? go to a pling meet and lift in the raw division. there are useualy a few guys who lift raw. not many though cause eventually al that raw training breaks you down.

more than you. but it dont count cause i am older than you and bigger. =0)

how many 20 year old 265lbers you think are on here anyway? not many. you in the junior 275 class. compare your numbers there if you want to see how you stack up. heres the link to the apf junior 275 records. these are equiped but youll get an idea of where ytou stack up. just add 150lbs to each lift, cept deads. 150 is being generous but its a start. add maybe 50lbs for deads. its in kilos.

you got nice numbers. i didnt say we dont care about numbers i said its prs that count. just cause someone can lift less/more than you dont matter. if you want a comparison do a meet. then youll know how you stack up against folks your age and weight. most plers wear equipment though. they have raw divisions but they are usually light in attendance. but i am just as impressed by a 600 raw bench as i am an 800 shirted bench. but its two completely different lifts. you cannot compare the two. if you wanna lift raw or equipped i dont have a prob with it either way. just dont bash equiped lifters. its a whole nuther world, one which you have no idea of whats going on. with your raw numbers if you learned to use the gear you could put up some good numbers. if you concerned about numbers go for it. tell your friend to get an open back shirt. they take less a minute to get on. that is if he lifts in a fed that allows open back shirts. some guys get more out of a shirt than others. depends on your weak spots.

anyway try a press off a 3 board. then youll have an idea of where you shirted bench is at. im sure if you got PLers in your gym theres some boards laying around somewhere.

as a comparison point, my raw bench last time i checked was 325 and I just did 375 shirted, so assuming my raw bench hasn't gone up(which it probably has) I'm getting 50lbs out of my single ply poly shirt. That's about average for one.
I didn't mean to imply I thought you were in IPF, because you're right you aren't even competitive on a world scale. I ment you sound like your in an IPF compliant fed.

leave ur ego at home, if u cant lift the weight raw then u cant lift it.

you and i are gonna run, cross country. barefoot. cause the expensive shoes are gonna give you an advantage and if you can't run barefoot through the terrain, you can't run at all. deal?
its you who has the ego. nobody else here is comparing lifts or ages cause nobody cares. you do what you can do, the way you want to do it and stop the judging and name calling.
in other words: grow up.
