Why am I getting severe nose bleeds?

CJM&ChrisP. DAWG already laid it out but I'm bored so I'll go a little further. For me, test only usually won't increase my bp unless I let estro get high, and not enough water and or possibly too much sodium in diet. Basically like DAWG said, bloating(water retention). My doc gave me microzide, which is really a diuretic, but it flushes sodium and removes excess water from blood I believe. You shouldnt need that, and that's really a bp med when you really don't need them.

Anyway, Aromatase inhibitor (AI) use should be able to take care of that issue, control estro, prevent bloat. You still need estro so you just want to manage it no remove it all. Also water intake. If you aren't getting enough, your body is going to try and hold onto what you do get, like survival mode. It's easy to not get enough water, I recently got dehydrated, had ugly dark circles around eyes, was drinking too much soda.

It is individual but a typical test cycle shouldn't cause a problem. Higher doses will start to have more sides so you have to see what's an ok dose for you
Deca increased my bp, well really it increased red blood cells, and eventually hematocrit and hemoglobin. This means my blood was getting thick, heart has to work harder to pump thicker blood. I don't blame deca, I stayed on too long at to high of a dose. Donating blood helps correct that issue and again proper hydration.

EQ I can't use because it increases rbc's to well and increases my hemo/hemato to quick. So for me, it's not a good choice so I don't use it.

Tren can increase bp, usually around 8 weeks for me so I'll drop it at that point if needed but I don't need ace more than 8 weeks.

I don't have any trouble with primo, mast, and I don't use Winstrol (winny).

Orals like dbol and drol can cause quick water retention and tend to increase bp just as fast in some. Orals are typically the worst for all sides. Var does not give me any issues, tbol no issues, proviron (not really AAS) no issues).

Keep in mind it can be different for everyone so see what works for you.

We have many threads on controlling bp on cycle, but I'll give a list again of things that can help, but keep in mind some of these can thin blood and combining to many could cause an issue if you start bleeding and I'm not saying use all of these but it's what I've found helpful.

1. Water, most important so get enough
Cialis- 10mg daily of Cialis (tadalafil) has shown in studies to be very useful in controlling and lowering bp.

Fish oil- 5-10g a day. You want good amounts of these. I get all this stuff at Walmart most of the time. Just make sure your not get high levels of mercury.

Magnesium-some people are deficient but read on it first

Ubiquinone- CoQ10 100-400mg a day

Red Yeast Rice- 1200mg twice a day, this works the same as statins so check with doc if you take a statin for lipids, it works well but lowers CoQ10 so you need to add that.

Niacin- Nicotinic acid only, this can cause flushing which sucks so start low like 250mg before bed. Every couple weeks increase by 250. Aspirin at same time can help with flushing but that's also why slow increases. This works on lipids.

Hawthorne berry- up to 2260mg a day, good for bp

Baby aspirin (81mg) help prevent blood clots

So these are a few supps that can help. Cialis 10-15mg) works well. Most important is your diet. You should be able to fix bp and lipids through diet and water intake but some people can't. Var and tren are both known to be bad on lipids but all AAS are. So take some precautions and have lipids checked when you get hormones tested. And AI's do help with bp by keep water retention down, but adex and letro can tank lipids pretty quick so IMO aromisin is the best option of the three because it's much easier on lipids.
