Why are my 3 month cruise bloods so funky?

My DR wouldnt be too alarmed from those levels, and from having talked to him about elevated RBC and hemo numbers he does not concerned when they are a little high as long as platelets are in range.

RDW is red blood cell distribution width, and elevated means you have a lot of new cells as well as old cells and they vary in width.

Right. Ive been stepping up the cardio lately. Is that whats causing my RDW to be high? Is it even a bad thing?

Hows it make sense my RBCs are high but not my HCT?

I doubt it's anything to do with cardio. RDW is often up during and after a cycle, as well as a result of giving blood. Just means you've been cranking out some new cells.

RBC's and HCT usually mirror each other, and yours are on the high side so I dont think it's all that weird. RBC count is the measure of RBC's per microliter and hemocrit is the percntage of blood volume that is made up of RBC's
'you have other stuff in your blood, like platets WBC and plazma and water

So do you think im good to begin my next 500/500 test deca blast?

Ill get bloods early like 5 weeks in then another on the 10th and 14th (16 week cycle)

Also is the eos insignificant? You havent mentioned that its elevated so it must not mean shit.

But my hematocrit is not high.

And uh tell me youre joking.

I was a tad dehydrated the morning i took this, maybe thats it?
It's on the high side. I'd go donate blood before you start adding aas as that will raise it higher. Better to be on the safe side imo

Your platelet count is on the low side, which is why your hematocrit isn't sky high to match those red blood cells. However, as platelets are replenished at a MUCH faster rate, yes you should donate.

No, I'm not joking.

Should i give a double red? Also should I bother getting more bloodwork after I donate?

Yeah youre supposed to say that youre not taking it. Then call the next day and say you came down with the flu and theyll toss your sample.

Or just come off the Accutane for a month. A double red has the same effect, although in your case is probably better.

How long will a blood donation keep my RBCs down? Arent they remade rather fast?

There are way too many variables to give you a straight up time frame. Being on testosterone certainly increases the speed in which red blood cells are made and released, but diet and genetics play a very large role. I would dump them, and get retested - or just go in another 112 days and get your hemoglobin checked.

Or i can donate, go on blast in 2 weeks, then just donate as soon as I can again and get bloodwork after that?

Also is it possible i need to wait longer? I did a 16 week test blast and its been 12 weeks plus i was dehydrated the morning of my bloodwork. Maybe thats it?

You state that you're blasting and cruising. This alone means you should be donating every time you can. Dehydration doesn't alter RBC counts, just hemoglobin/hematocrit, as those are percentages - not actual counts.

Always reluctant to disagree with you HW, but RBC unit is count/volume so shouldn't the number go down with increased blood volume from being well hydrated?
