Why can't my chest get stronger?

Grant it my cycle has been a little ****** up due to a bad break up with a chic, i know poor excuse. Training has been fine but diet needs to come back.

Im takin test 500mg's, deca 400mg's. My back has gotten real strong. Legs have gotten real strong. Im doin PB's routine and my chest is not getting stron at all. Do you think it's cause of the little arm and shoulder work?
 
youre gauging chest stregth how? Bench press i assume?
How are your shoulder lifts doing? what about triceps? Tese are all incorporated.

Assuming those are in order, and it is your chest...

what are you doing for it? What has worked in the past for it?
 
what is your problem area? weak triceps? lats? do you get stuck at the bottom or at the lockout? whats your chest day look like?

Heres my chest/shoulder day

Chest, flat bench 2-3 warmups then 2 forced with spotter
Decline bench or incline dumbell same way

Then 1 or 2 DB flyes

Dips 2x10 cant use weights yet just gettin all 258lbs down an up is all i can handle

Then upright rows 3 sets of 10

Then 1 or 2 side laterals for 12-14 reps.

My lats are strong. I get stuck on the bench about 6 inches pressed off my chest. My left shoulder fails. Sometimes i feel like i got a knife slicing pain goin threw the left side delt.

PB's routine doesn't have you doin any skull crushers or pressdowns. The dips feel good on my tri but i dont think thats enough

how many reps are you doing for your work sets?

first off thats not one of my chest routines. secondly sounds like you have a shoulder prob. and if the rep range/set range is not working for you then switch it up.
 
If you have a slicing pain through your delt IMO there is your answer. When my wrists hurt I lose at least 20 pounds on my bench just from my body not wanting me to move the big weights.

You need to find out whats up, and heal up that shoulder before hitting big weights for awhile.
