Why come off a cycle?

Why would someone have to come off a cycle with Test ? I was told that you could cruise at a low dose, blast up for 12 weeks or so and then come back to a moderate dose. As long at Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and HCG was being used. Im talking being on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) doses and blasting up to 400-500mg and then back down to 200mg

Personal choice. I never come off.

You definitely can. I've started doing this lately except I'm blasting for 14-16 weeks and then cruising for 8-10 weeks.

The problem is that recovery gets harder and harder the longer you do this. There's a good chance you'll end up on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for life if you keep this up.....not recommended for the younger crowd for this reason.

every time i come off i wonder why the hell would i put myself through this?! lol. god damn post-cycle depression.

Yeah as a lot of us get older this seems to be a possible option. I would not recommend this for younger guys and if you take this road you most likely will be on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for life to be normal. I'm only 33 so I'm waiting a few years but I have done a blast and cruise and recovered fine but I don't recommend this to anyone who's not in the age range for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) or without good experience

Exactly this.

Psst ... "what is time off?"

Isn't it time on = "time on?" :worried:

My cycle plan is similar to what glubgawd is saying - blasting for x amount of weeks which I consider my cycle phase - and then cruising for x amount of weeks with a mid level of test.

I keep everything on hand for 2-3 very good PCT's - but so far ... "no ah-ah!" :D

Like the others say - I would not recommend this for the younger guys...

For now - Vroom Vroom ... "Full Speed Ahead!" :)

Ok, I am 42 and have come to the realization that I will be on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for life. No big deal.

But this Blasting and cruising had me a bit confused. After reading here for weeks I am under the impression that the estro spikes when the Test decreases. Or is it that the estro spikes when the Test stops being injected into the body ?

Either case, I started January 3rd and ran 260mg for 7 weeks, blasted up to 400mg (dosing 200mg 2x a week) . Its been just about 2 weeks at 400mg and im not sure how long to run this for. My body responded well to the 260mg dose and my levels went from 310 to over 1400. I want to see how I respond to 400mg and eventually want to try 600mg. When I increased from 240 to 400mg I altered the dose of Arimidex to 0.5 ED.
So, basically with this fluctuation up going up and down there is no true PCT ?

Looking for options:
Currently:
Week 1-7 @ 260mg
Week 2- ? @ 400mg
HCG 350iu 3x/week

How long would you run the 400mg ?
How long would you stay back down ay 260mg ?
When would it be safe to try 600mg and for how long?
And no PCT when fluctuating up and down ?

Just not impressed with only 12lbs of muscle gain and would like to see 20lbs. (cant take or get a script for anything else but Test)

if u dont wanna come off its ok but, just know that u might have to take testo for the rest of ur life just to feel normal...

like others have said best to cruise at like 200mg a week for x amount of weeks..like 10 then say blast at whatever dose you run your cycles at for the length you want..
